Downtown Battle Creek , August 27, 2008— Returning for the second time this season, Rene Meave will entertain as a soloist from the Kalamazoo-based duo which bears the same name, Rene Meave.  Rene will bring infectious music to the Festival Market Music Series final lunch hour performance on Wednesday, August 27.  The sound of Rene Meave is a mix of rhythm and blues, gospel and country rock influences with norteño and tejano performance style and instrumentation.
