Good news to anyone wanting to purchase a first home or another home to live in . . .
Please contact me if you know of anyone interested in purchasing a HUD home in Michigan or Ohio.
I have a low interest program that only requires a $100 down payment and this program will pay $2400 in closing cost or to use towards repairing the property. Depending on the loan amount, $2400 will pay most, if not all of the closing cost. HUD homes come in all shapes, sizes and conditions, good and bad. Also the realtor on the deal can earn an additional $250-$500 bonus. This is not a credit score driven program. Let me know if you know of anyone interested.
In addition, I have gotten some more information about how you can search for the HUD houses in the areas you or someone you may know would be interested in living in. Below is a website you can click on and enter into the HUD houses for sale web site. There you will find government homes for sale everywhere, not just HUD but other properties as well. The person interested in the property would have to contact a Real Estate Agent to put a bid on the HUD properties. However, unless it will be a cash deal, I would recommend the interested party contact me for a free no obligation mortgage analysis for a pre-approval and also to be sure the home selected will qualify for the Michigan/Ohio program.
