2007 Korea Competition
On July 22, 2007 the 7th International HKD Games will take place in the city of Yong-In, South Korea. The International Hap Ki Do Martial Arts Competition is held every 3 years. With people coming from many countries, and with thousands of competitors. This year will be sending a team of talented athletes representing our school to compete in the International games.
We believe this trip will serve as a bridge to strengthen relationships with the International Hap Ki Do Federation, and other civic leaders in Korea. Also serving as a wonderful learning experience for our students. Which will also benefit our school and community in many ways.
We are having many fundraiser's going on to help defer the cost of the trip to Korea in 2007. In 2006 we had many fundraiser's such as Car Washes, Yard Sales, Bake Sales, Pizza Coupons, and T-Shirt sales.
Please help us in this endeavor to send our students to this very important International Event in Korea. Either, by contributing to one of our fundraiser's, or by giving directly to the "Tax Deductible" Korean Martial Arts Community Project Fund.
Monetary support is obviously needed, but we also need volunteers to help with the fundraiser. Any monetary amount, and any help is greatly appreciated.
